2. Products and Pricing
- All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of shipping, customs duties, and applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Product availability is subject to change. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders at our discretion, including where product information is inaccurate.
- As many of our products are handmade, slight variations in color, texture, and dimensions are natural and are not considered defects.
3. Orders and Payment
- Orders are confirmed upon mutual agreement of product details, price, and shipping terms. Payment terms are communicated per order.
- For B2B and wholesale orders, payment instructions (including bank transfer / T/T) will be provided by our sales team.
4. Shipping Policy
- We ship worldwide from our fulfillment location in Shandong, China. Shipping costs, carriers, and estimated delivery times depend on the destination and order size, and will be confirmed before payment.
- Fragile ceramic and porcelain items are packed with specialized protective packaging. Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by customs, carriers, or force majeure are outside our control.
- The customer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country.
5. Returns and Refund Policy
- Damage in Transit: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
- Quality Issues: If an item does not match the agreed specifications, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review and, where confirmed, offer a replacement or refund.
- Returns: Return requests must be approved in advance by our team. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer unless the return is due to our error or product defect.
- Refunds: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-14 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
- Handmade and custom/bespoke pieces are non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and imagery, is the property of The Jade Ritual or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or use any content without our prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Jade Ritual shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or the purchase of products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
